Way back in the day…The Roman Empire’s most popular sales technique was round robin bidding.
It’s still used today to quickly determine market value of fine paintings and automobiles, but for some reason it’s very rarely used to sell houses…?
We tried it….South Shore Home Buyers loved it so much they call us just to find out which one of our sellers is doing it next!!
(After all, what buyer wouldn’t want to buy a home starting from a LOW bid?)
